Harworth Estates - UK Coal

Harworth Estates is the property division of UK COAL, a mining, power and property company employing 3,100 people with its headquarters at Harworth Park, near Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

In addition to producing almost nine million tonnes of coal a year, UK COAL is also the owner of one of the country's largest brownfield property assets, actively managed by Harworth Estates.

The property portfolio will create opportunities for building around 20,000 homes and 29 million square feet of business space mainly in Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North East. Regeneration projects include promoting large scale Urban Extensions, the construction and development of commercial buildings either directly or in joint ventures with partners.
