Terms & Conditions

Acceptance:
Bookings may only be made by completing a booking form in full. Places are not guaranteed until payment has been received and a letter of confirmation has been sent by Glasgows.

Substitutes:
You may send a named substitute for your booking at any time. Please advise Glasgows in writing (email acceptable).

Cancellations:
Bookings may only be cancelled in writing (email acceptable) to Glasgows and will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25% prior to Friday 02 May 2008. Later cancellations will not receive any refund.
