Raising Our Game (ROG) offers four personal development routes, with different content and commitment needed from the learner.
» Integrated Professional Development
With this route, learners will have access to everything that ROG offers. From attending a Development Centre to receiving a learning style analysis and personal feedback. The learner will also have the opportunity to undertake any one of over 400 Continual Professional Development (CPD) activities or professional qualifications.
» Customised Personal Development
Similar to Integrated Professional Development, but this route does not include attendance at a Development Centre. The learner's organisation may already organise this, in which case they will go straight on to the 360° profiling and compile a Personal Development Plan, then onto one of our many CPD activities or professional qualifications.
» Professional Qualifications and Specialist Short Awards
Learners can apply to the ROG team directly for a Professional Qualification or Specialist Short Awards. Depending on the programme, the learning activities could involve a variety of personal analysis, workshops, e-learning, projects and assignments. Many of our short awards are credit rated against the National Qualifications Framework (NQF), meaning that their successful completion can provide credits against ROG (or other) professional qualifications.
» Short CPD Programmes
For learners looking to brush up their skills or challenge themselves in a new subject area, we run one or two day workshop-based programmes.
